SHP Capital, LLC  ( SHP )  is a private investment company that focuses on the acquisition and debt placement of development properties in well-located areas on the West Coast. Although SHP Capital is primarily focused on development-oriented projects, SHP does not shy away from any asset type with its diverse portfolio of retail, multi-family, office, industrial, and land in Southern California.  SHP Capital seeks to acquire opportunistic Multi-Family Residential assets with high vacancies or income producing assets with  strong value-add components. SHP Capital investment size ranges from $2M to $50M - all cash or with assumption of existing debt. Our structure and relationships allow us to move quickly pursuant to a Seller's timeline.
